How do I verify my identity?

Identity verification is mandatory for security. Follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Profile section.
  2. Click on "Verification".
  3. Upload a color photo of your Passport or ID Card (both sides).
  4. Wait for confirmation (usually within 10 minutes to 24 hours).
How long does it take to withdraw funds?

The average withdrawal time depends on your account status:

  • Standard: Up to 3 days.
  • Gold: Up to 24 hours.
  • VIP: Under 4 hours.

Note: Payment provider processing time may vary.

Why was my deposit rejected?

Common reasons include:
