Client Agreement

1. General Provisions
This Client Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is entered into by and between Dolphin Corp LLC (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and the individual who has registered a trading account on the Company's platform (hereinafter referred to as the "Client").
This Agreement specifies the terms and conditions under which the Company provides services to the Client related to trading operations in financial markets.
By registering on the website or mobile application, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted all terms of this Agreement.
2. Definitions
- Asset: A financial instrument (currency pair, commodity, stock, index, or cryptocurrency) used for trading.
- Balance: The amount of funds in the Client's account, not including open positions.
- Bonus: Virtual funds credited by the Company to the Client's account under specific promotional programs.
- Trade: An agreement between the Client and the Company to profit from the price movement of an asset.
- Quote: The price of an asset at a specific moment in time.
3. Registration & Verification
3.1. Eligibility
Services are available only to individuals who are at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction.
3.2. Account Security
The Client is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Any activity performed using the Client's account is deemed to be performed by the Client.
3.3. Verification Procedure
To comply with AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and KYC (Know Your Customer) policies, the Company may request:
- A color copy of a valid passport or ID card.
- Proof of residence (utility bill or bank statement not older than 3 months).
- A selfie with the ID document.
4. Trading Operations
Quotes displayed on the trading platform are indicative. The Company ensures that the quotes correspond to market conditions but does not guarantee that they will match quotes from other sources exactly due to the nature of liquidity aggregation.
The Client acknowledges that technical glitches, internet connection failures, or software errors on the Client's side are not grounds for cancelling a trade result.
5. Financial Transactions
5.1. Deposits
The Client may deposit funds using any method available in the "Cashier" section. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited.
5.2. Withdrawals
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit. The Company reserves the right to request additional verification before processing a withdrawal.
Withdrawal processing times vary based on account status:
- Standard: Up to 3 business days.
- Gold: Up to 24 hours.
- VIP: Priority processing (typically under 4 hours).
6. Liability & Risks
Trading in financial markets involves a high degree of risk and may result in the loss of your invested capital. The Client should not invest funds that they cannot afford to lose.
The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profit or data.
7. Termination
The Company reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and block the Client's account immediately if:
- The Client violates any term of this Agreement.
- The Client uses abusive language towards support staff.
- The Client attempts to manipulate the trading software.
- The Client is found to be under the legal age.
